She's utterly absorbed in the contents of the file folder she's got balanced on her legs, until she flips the folder shut and looks up, as if trying to memorize something-- and then her face falls, abruptly. ]

[ She brightens up again quickly, though, tucking the folder under the cushion and addressing the Room at large. ]

My mom's like me, only instead of destruction, her thing is amplification. My dad doesn't... he's just a normal person, he doesn't have an Alice or anything. They've got an apartment together. I don't think I have any siblings, but we probably still have relatives in Japan.

Dare you to find someone you've never met before and talk to them for at least ten minutes -- with a straight face -- about how you're a unicorn trapped in a human body.

I'm gonna need to come up with a good story. I'm Sparklefluffy-- is Sparklefluffy a good name for a unicorn?-- and I'm on a quest to unleash the magical unicorn trapped inside me!

What do you mean, secret talents?

I don't know, if you can like, run up a wall and do a backflip or if you're secretly a really excellent singer or you can memorize anything after reading it once or just... stuff like that?

I'm pretty sure most vampires can run up a wall and do a backflip, so I guess that doesn't count.

But, I suppose yes, I do have some secret talents.

No, they're-- [--sigh. maybe they're a little embarrassing, although he hates to think of it like that. it's just... been a really long time.]
