[ This is no ordinary teleportation, sᴇᴏᴜʟ soon realizes— no, not sᴇᴏᴜʟ. Here, he understands he must be Jaeshin. If the Order had something to do with his relocation, it would have been on his command. No one outside of the organization is to be trusted, particularly after the previous casualties left by the North's hand. But putting people on the alert that he's anything other than a Regular Joe is out of the question.

So, Jaeshin resolves to accept the place for what it is: a conveniently quiet place to smoke. It's just as convenient to think about an ashtray and see one appear right in font of you.

He sits, loose-limbed and silently examining the other occupants. A boisterously loud man in one corner, a quiet one curled in on himself in another, a few girls and boys on the prowl for a good time. A kid with a giant... Burton-esqe dog... thing. People materializing out of thin air. —And is that more supernatural summoning going on over there? ]

Well. Alright, then. Nothing too out of the everyday.

[ Nile's response is a nonchalant shrug, completely betrayed by the proud smile on his face -- he feels like he can hear Jaeshin smiling (or at least, he's going to imagine that he is). ] It's okay if you do. I work hard to be this creepy.

[ Is that Jaeshin relieving anticipatory tension by playing along with Star Trek? A.K.A. Letting, l e t t i n g, Nile basically refer to him as Female Beta Spock? B| COULD BE. (But which Generation do these two belong to, that is the question.) ]

[ To be fair, Nile's only real familiarity with Star Trek includes 1) having heard the 2009 film version and 2) a mild pseudo-obsession with Patrick Stewart's voice. But he is a SUPER BIG FAN of both of those things! The point is, though, some signals and references may get crossed. Jaeshin will just have to figure out for himself what odd mutant combination of Spock and Riker he himself has become.

So he strides over to the right door with all the swagger that he could hear in Chris Pine's James T. Kirk voice. ]
